my room was spacious it included lavish aesthetics i loved the breakfast it had a wide variety the staff greeted me with tea always friendly and cute the valet service was professional they were quick with my car i enjoyed the little touches added to the experience. the staff were available everywhere providing assistance they always greeted you with a smile. i will definetely return here.
the hotel asked for a deposit upon arrival this felt a bit presumptuous i suggest you take cash to monitor spending.

the hotel has a beautiful pool the beach is clean there are nice gardens everywhere i noticed that the hotel offered different dining options all the staff were helpful and the premises are maintained well.

the hotel is situated on the outer crescent of the palm this provides a secluded environment ride sharing services were readily available the location is ideal for a relaxing vacation away from the city centre you can get to various locations easily.

the club rooms were immaculate with crystal chandeliers. i found sandals, a beach hat, and a cute bag for the beach and pool area. each balcony had a sun umbrella. i was like royalty from arrival to departure.
breakfast lacked variety and more choice is needed. fresh juice was good.
